I just wanted to say thank you to Jhonard, Harry & Bal. From the test drive to the final signature, they did a fantastic job of answering questions & explaining options. We told them what we were looking for and they put all the pieces together.
This is our first ev and it’s been a great experience!

I cannot thank Bal, Harry, and Scott at Wood Wheaton Chevrolet enough for making my experience of purchasing my Yukon Denali such a wonderful one!
A special thank you to Bal, who went above and beyond to help me every step of the way. Your kindness, patience, and genuine care meant so much to me. You made me feel valued and truly taken care of—not just like another customer.
Thank you, Harry and Scott, for all your help as well. I absolutely love my Yukon Denali and couldn’t be happier with my experience!

Were able to get me in for a service with short notice, treated me well with a free ride to an appointment from the dealership and explained the findings quite well. I recommend the service department!

Can put winter tires on next Monday at 10:45 but when I asked about just getting my winters(cant book time off got to make car payments) got a phone call saying" Te sales person you dealt with is out till Thursday and we dont know what tires you are getting and wont be back till Thursday the 8th." How were they going to put my tires on if the other employees dont know of is not in the system? Not the service I was expecting but can see why people in this town go to dealerships outside of PG.

I am genuinely embarrassed by the lack of professionalism and customer service I experienced at Wood Wheaton today.
I purchased my Silverado from this dealership for approximately $70,000, so when I ran into difficulty removing two recessed Torx screws from the overhead console, I stopped in hoping someone with the proper tool might simply help loosen them before I damaged the screws.
The service area was quiet. There were several employees at the service desks, two reception staff, numerous sales staff, and multiple parts employees visible, with very few customers around.
The shop foreman, Kevin, was paged. I waited approximately 15 minutes before being told he must have taken lunch early. There was no explanation, no suggestion that someone else might help, and no invitation to return later. I finally asked, “I guess I’ll come back?” and left.
I returned around 1:00, when I had been told Kevin’s lunch should be over, and waited another 15 minutes before he eventually came out.
Rather than simply looking at the two screws, Kevin immediately questioned why I wanted access to my overhead console. After I explained, I was told there was no way I would be getting any service that day and that I would need to book the truck into the shop.
For two screws.
I walked out incredibly disappointed.
I then drove to Glacier Glass. They quite literally stopped the job they were working on, grabbed the correct tool, removed both screws in about two minutes, and sent me on my way.
That contrast could not have been clearer.
I understand that dealerships have procedures and cannot always accommodate unscheduled repair work. But this was not a repair, diagnosis, or complicated request. What disappointed me most was the complete lack of initiative, communication, courtesy, and willingness to help.
Prince George deserves better service than this, and frankly, Prince George is better than this. Glacier Glass proved that within minutes.
After spending roughly $70,000 on a vehicle at Wood Wheaton, I expected a much higher level of professionalism and customer care. This experience was deeply disappointing.

I had an appointment booked for 830 am to replace a taillight part. I had to get to FSJ that day. I was told the person in front of you is taking longer, then later oh people called in sick. When I tried to find out anything I was told they probably couldn't get to it till 3 or 4 and they were to close at 5 for a long weekend. I paid $454.00 for an inspection and a front bulb. I think I also paid for the taillight part; but, I have not received a call back on this. You get the run around. Andrea

We just bought a new vehicle from Wood Wheaton and Bal Gill was our finance contact. Bal is amazing! We can't say enough positive things about him. He was open and honest, and he put my husband and I at ease. He made the whole process seem easy. Even after all was said and done, he didn't abandon us and continues to answer our questions. Bal is one in a million!

Can't even sell you wiper blades without the parts department being open and the parts department doesn't work hours that allow someone working a 9-5 with a commute to come in. Absolutely rediculous that I'd have to take a day off work to get wiper blades. Cause yeah wiper blades isn't much, but what if it was something a little more critical? Just SOL?

Very accommodating, friendly staff. Took a little linger for the work than I expected but my vehicle was done by the end of the day !!

We recently had a great experience dealing with the service department, so unfortunately, today’s experience was quite disappointing.
We went to the Quick Lube today for an oil change and advised the initial technician that we have a maintenance plan. We were told that all of the information would be in the system.
The technician checked the vehicle’s engine air filter and cabin air filter and advised us that the cabin air filter needed to be replaced. The vehicle currently has approximately 34,700 km on it. The technician replaced the cabin air filter, which took approximately one minute.
When everything was completed, we were given a bill to pay. I provided our maintenance plan information at the counter, and the employee entered everything into the system and advised us that the service was covered.
Approximately an hour later, I received a phone call informing me that the cabin air filter was not covered under the maintenance plan and that I needed to return to the dealership to pay for it.
This meant making a 30-minute round trip specifically to pay for a cabin air filter that I initially assumed would be around $40. Instead, the total was $87.35, including $32 in labour. Considering the actual replacement took approximately one minute, I was quite surprised by the labour charge.
I questioned the employee at the counter about why the cabin air filter was not covered under our maintenance plan. I was then told that if the vehicle had been at 36,500 km, the filter replacement would have been covered.
My concern is that we were told at the beginning that all of our maintenance plan information would be in the system. If that information had actually been reviewed before the work was completed, I could have been advised that the filter replacement would be covered at 36,500 km. At that point, I could have simply waited a week or two and had it replaced under the maintenance plan.
I understand that the maintenance plan has specific terms and that not every service is necessarily covered. My frustration is with the lack of communication and the fact that I was initially told the service was covered, only to receive a phone call an hour later asking me to return and pay for it.
After having such a positive experience with the service department recently, this was unfortunately a very disappointing experience with the Quick Lube.

Purchase a new vehicle there. The service was great. The salesman wasn’t too pushy, the finance guy was very helpful and friendly, and everyone did their best to get me on my way

Ted Spitzig and Don Willimont came through once again for my Wife and Myself. They did an amazing job getting us a new vehicle when ours decided it no longer wanted to play nice.
If you ever need anything vehicle related you should visit Wood Wheaton Supercentre and ask for Ted. You will come away happy.
Thank you again for all your help you guys.

My wife and I bought a new Buick Enclave, and the experience was amazing! From our salesman/product expert (Scott Towe), to our experience with the Financial Services Manager (Bal Gill) getting financing done and approved; it was end-to-end a comfortable and rewarding experience with highly knowledgeable professionals. Bal, I have to say that we really appreciate all your hard work getting the financing done and explaining our options so thoroughly. This deal could not have gotten done without you, sir!
If you are in the market for a new or "new-to-you" vehicle, would highly recommend speaking with the team here.

Genuinely the best used vehicle purchasing experience I have had. I had many questions, as I was travelling a long distance, and every question was answered thoroughly and promptly by the friendly salesperson.
When I arrived to pick up the vehicle, the experience was as pleasant as it could be. The sales, finance, and insurance team were all wonderful to deal with. Lovely people.
Most importantly, the vehicle was exactly as described. I also appreciated receiving an information booklet with important details about the vehicle, servicing history, and the work completed during the certification process.
Of course, always do your own research when purchasing any used vehicle; but based on my experience, I would recommend Wood Wheaton 100%.

I recently worked with Daniel Martin at the Prince George Chevrolet dealership to purchase my new Chevrolet Equinox EV 2LT, and the experience was truly exceptional. I had researched the vehicle extensively, and Daniel respected my time by answering my technical questions without a generic sales pitch. He was incredibly transparent with pricing, clearly applying the $5,000 federal rebate without pushing unnecessary extras or assuming income-dependent incentives. Daniel’s professionalism, honesty, and no-pressure approach made the entire buying process seamless and easy. If you need a knowledgeable guide for your next vehicle purchase, especially an EV, I highly recommend asking for Daniel.
