The GM Automotive Service Educational Program is a strategic apprenticeship program through the collaboration of a sponsoring GM dealership and select colleges across Canada. Taught by highly-certified GM instructors, this program incorporates all provincial automotive apprenticeship training standards and curriculum, as well as General Motors-specific content using GM tools, systems, and processes.
The hybrid structure of ASEP allows apprentices to alternate between classroom training and paid work experience at a GM dealership. This means that by graduation from the program, you will already be settled into a position working in the field.
